The Psicologia em Movimento course, part of the Católica Porto Teen Academy, takes place from 1 to 3 July and encourages high school students to engage with the field of Psychology through practical and dynamic activities.
Throughout the programme, participants have the opportunity to explore different areas of Psychology and understand how concepts are applied in real-life situations. With a balanced combination of theory and practice, the activities promote reflection on human behaviour and the development of essential skills for working in the field.
The experience allows students to interact directly with lecturers and students from the Faculty of Education and Psychology, giving them the opportunity to clarify questions related to academic and professional pathways. For many young people, this interaction is decisive in shaping their future choices: “In September I will start university and I want to be sure that Católica is the university I want to choose, so I came to explore this area further and make sure it is what I really want,” shared Leonor Lopes, a participant in the previous edition.
Focused on discovery, the Psicologia em Movimento course offers young people a unique opportunity to experience Psychology in a practical and informed way, helping them reflect on their academic path.
Registrations are now open, and places are limited.
Detailed information about the course is available on the Teen Academy website.
