Interview about the constant sense of uncertainty that young people experience in their daily lives.
Raquel Matos, lecturer and dean of the Faculty of Education and Psychology of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa (FEP-UCP), in an interview with Salus Magazine, answered several questions about the main causes and consequences of the uncertainty experienced by young people, as well as possible preventive measures to promote mental health.
