This Journey for international students at UCP will be run by psychologists from CUP (University Psychology Clinic), on the 28th of November, at 5:30 pm, in classroom EC019.
Goals:
- Enhance adaptation to the international mobility experience;
- Understand psychological, cognitive, behavioural and sociocultural changes that arise from the experience of studying abroad;
- Promote protective skills that can facilitate adaptation to new challenges, contexts and teaching styles (e.g., emotional regulation skills, openness to experience and socialisation behaviours in situations of social rejection).
