Mestre em Psicologia pela Faculdade de Psicologia e de Ciências da Educação da Universidade do Porto (FPCEUP), encontrando-se a concluir o Doutoramento em Psicologia do Trabalho.

Os seus principais interesses de investigação focam (i) as novas modalidades de interação humano-máquina em ambientes de trabalho automatizados; o papel da experiência profissional em contextos de trabalho caracterizados por mudanças ligadas à Indústria 4.0; e (iii) os impactos das tecnologias emergentes na saúde e bem-estar, considerando as suas implicações para a sustentabilidade do trabalho.

Integra o Serviço de Consultoria em Psicologia do Trabalho da FPCEUP desde 2017, onde, seguindo uma abordagem centrada na atividade de trabalho, tem participado em vários projetos de investigação-ação e de consultoria organizacional, especialmente nas áreas da saúde e segurança no trabalho.

É membro da Direção da revista científica Laboreal, publicada pela FPCEUP.
