CONFERENCE FEE

The fee for the two-day APE2025 is 20 Euros for regular Professors/ Researchers and 15 Euros for regular students and low-income Professors/ Researchers, which includes full access to all events included in the virtual meeting.

Please note, that NO refund is possible.

FEE WAIVER

You can also apply for a fee waiver (e.g., if you are from an income country).

Participants wishing to apply in the "Low-income countries" category should send proof of registration/statement/other document proving that they belong to a Higher Education Institution from a developing country to APEconference@ntu.ac.uk.
