FEP-CEDH International Week | 16th - 20th of March 2026

Human Development in Context: International Perspectives on Learning, Inclusion and Leadership

The Faculty of Education and Psychology (FEP-UCP) from Universidade Católica Portuguesa (Porto, Portugal) has been hosting International Weeks since 2022 (See the history of this events).

This year, FEP-UCP along with the Research Centre for Human Development (CEDH) is organizing an International Week focused on the topic of Human Development (learning, inclusion and leadership).

Participants can expect a strong focus on teacher-leadership development, collaborative approaches to professional growth, and innovative practices that support inclusive education.

The week features opportunities to explore positive behavior interventions, engage in hands-on showcases, and discuss policy and research trends in professional development. School-based visits and interactive roundtables will encourage reflection on real-world challenges, while open sessions promote networking and the transformation of classroom observations into research-informed tools.

The International Week starts with a session to boost networking and collaborating on (international) educational challenges and culminates in the transformation of these in research questions for future research and practice.

In addition, and following the same procedure from previous years, we encourage you to bring forward your topics and insights related to this year's topic and/or related to internationalization. We will ensure your interests and needs can be reflected in a dynamic and engaging agenda.
