The PhD in Education Science can be completed in two different ways:

• Full-time: Three years / six semesters, comprising 180 ECTS
   
• Part-time: Five years / 10 semesters, comprising 180 ECTS

Both programs have the same first-year programming and coursework; the programs differ after the completion of the qualifying exam (at the end of the first year). The program requires 150 ECTS in Education Science coursework and 30 ECTS in Research Methodologies.
