Mission

SAME, guided by a logic of collaboration and flexibility, aims to support and empower stakeholders, and schools by fostering coherent and sustainable organizational and educational practices. These processes seek to identify and consolidate existing field knowledge, while also generating new perspectives in research, teaching, learning, and assessment.

Overall Objectives

• Promote the improvement and quality of schools by empowering professionals, teams, and leaderships.
• Consolidate and generate knowledge on teaching, learning, and assessment based on the practices and dynamics of each educational community.
• Foster teachers’ Continuing Professional Development through the design of specific and specialized training programs, as well as Seminar Cycles, Meetings, Conferences, and Lectures within the context of FEP-UCP.
• Encourage the establishment of networks and cooperative practices among schools.
