The objectives of this course are:

1. To develop an intervention project taking into account the organisational context.
2. To understand the methodological processes required for project development.
3. To create project monitoring and evaluation tools.

At the end of the course unit, students should be able to:

1. Identify and characterise organisational and educational problems that should be addressed;
2. Design, monitor and evaluate intervention projects in educational contexts;
3. Identify and manage critical success factors;
4. Mobilise and connect individuals and contexts;
5. Reformulate projects in accordance with monitoring and evaluation.
