He received his Master's in Human Resources Policy and Management from ISCTE, completed his post-graduate work in Business Management, is licensed in psychology and currently serves as a specialist in management and administration.

With more than 30 years of experience in Organizational Development and Human Resources Management, his professional life is split between consulting and the performance of Companies' Leadership and Management, having more than two decades of experience as a businessman / entrepreneur.

In addition to his business work, he has also been a professor of primarily Management and Human Resources for Master's and post-graduate programs at UCP and the University of Algarve.
