Understand the motivational and psychological fundamentals underlying human behaviors leading to performance in organizations;

Understand the advantage of data based decision-making in human resources management, improve analytical skills of data and mastering techniques and appropriate tools in the decision-making process, increasing the proficiency in the use of the Excel Analytical tool;

Know the different approaches to Performance Management and Appraisal, during the twentieth century and today;

Know the key concepts associated with the compensation practices as well as the essentials of performanceoriented remuneration policies;

Know how to use the main techniques for evaluation of outcomes and behaviors within the Performance Management;

Be able to use the acquired knowledge in analyzing and overcoming the most common issues raised by Performance Evaluation and compensation in Organizations.
