The Master’s in Psychology of Human Resources Development at the Faculty of Education and Psychology of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa (FEP‑UCP) prepares psychologists to act as strategic partners within organisations, promoting well‑being, professional growth and sustainable performance.
With a multidisciplinary approach integrating Psychology, Management, Economics and Law, and developed in partnership with the Católica Porto Business School, this programme trains psychologists to address the challenges of contemporary work.
The Master’s includes two pathways: Professional track: A curricular internship carried out over one academic year Academic track: A dissertation integrated into a research project
