Organized by the professors of the Education area of the Faculty of Education and Psychology, the Education Seminar will be held on July 12: "The Central Administration and Management of the Educational System at the Service of Schools – A Program for Action".

Bringing together 5 central services of the Ministry of Education, Science, and Innovation to think together about the answer to two big and challenging questions: How do we serve the schools that carry out the education of the Portuguese people on the ground? How can we better coordinate so that educational practices are more inclusive, more effective, and more equitable? 

In the presence of the Director-General for Education, the Director-General for School Administration, the Director-General for School Establishments, the Inspector-General for Education and Science and the President of the National Agency for Qualifications and Vocational Training, we will have a high point of clarification and debate, moderated by José Matias Alves. The final comment will be made by the recently elected President of the Portuguese Society of Educational Sciences.

This will be a unique opportunity for us to think and build new scenarios for Portuguese education together.
