SAME is hosting the webinar “MIRE Project: three steps to leading a school that learns, collaborates and improves learning”. This session is designed for all education professionals interested in building more coherent, sustainable and learning-oriented processes of change.

Starting from the everyday challenges faced by schools such as the multiplicity of projects, increasing demands, the isolation of teaching work and the difficulty in consolidating change, this session encourages reflection on how to reorganise the school from within, strengthening leadership, structures and practices oriented towards a shared purpose.
