Psychological Assessment and Diagnosis in Human Resources

3 ECTS / Semestral

The main objective is to provide students with in-depth skills assessment, diagnosis and intervention of individuals and groups within its context in real work situations. In this sense, it is assumed as an essential tool for the future performance of psychology professionals in the field of management/ HR development. In the end of this course the students should be able to:

  • Know the main methods and tools for diagnosis and intervention in use in organizations and position themselves critically about them;
  • Apply appropriate methods and techniques of evaluation and psychological diagnosis, considering their strengths and limitations and the current codes of ethics;.
  • Develop and implement plans for psychological intervention adapted to the resolution of problems identified.
