The CU Seminars in Psychology and Human Resources Development aims to establish the theoretical and methodological conditions leading to the successful accomplishment of the dissertation:

  1. By introducing students to the research on the field of PHRD;
  2. By facilitating the interaction with professionals and/or researchers working in different operational areas of PHRD, as well as with recent work and data produced at national and international level;
  3. By consolidating students’ autonomous research skills;
  4. By providing early contact with topics and/or projects on offer;
  5. By ensuring adequate theoretical and methodological supervision.
