Understand in a detail, updated and critical way the recruitment, selection and socialization processes as part of a strategic management that aims the development of HR and consequently the organizations.

Understand, analyse and evaluate these processes as part of a strategic management aiming to develop the HR and, consequently, the organizations.

Understand, analyse and evaluate how these processes represent a competitive advantage to companies when facing a globalized and technological economy (e.g., flexible contracts, gig economy, online hiring, etc.) and a diverse workforce (different generations, nationalities, skills and training profiles, etc.).

Situate the role of these processes in the cycle of people management and operationalize methods and techniques in function of the organizational context and workers specificities.

Understand, discuss, and systematize the ethical and legal aspects of recruiting and selecting people.
