Factsheet: Stress

The University Psychology Clinic (CUP) at the Faculty of Education and Psychology, Universidade Católica Portuguesa (FEP-UCP) has developed a factsheet dedicated to the topic of “Stress”. 

This resource brings together essential information for professionals, students and the wider community, addressing key issues such as: 

  • What science tells us about stress and its global impact; 
  • The multidimensional ways in which stress manifests itself; 
  • Strategies for better managing stress in everyday life.
