Program Description

Today, schools are challenged to develop innovative plans and projects that break the traditional norms of academic organization, namely through the creation of teams that aim to capitalize on the work of teaching staff and are centered on the students. This defiance of the norm promotes the improvement of learning for all. In this general framework, the need to  train academic units, educators and professors arises in the sense of adopting new pedagogical models of organization and management.

This program has its foundations in real professional contexts, offering an approach at the intersection of fundamental knowledge and tools for educators to develop, organize, implement and monitor projects designed for pedagogical innovation and educational change.

This program:

  • Is developed in an online format.
  • Is taught by a teaching staff with a great depth of knowledge and renown in the field of Education Science. They integrate elements in collaboration with the Ministry of Education in the field of Automonous and Flexible Curriculum.
  • Is taught by a teaching staff that utilizes the Support Service for the Improvement of Education in the Department of Education and Psychology, which offers an elevated degree of empirical knowledge on the experiences and needs of schools and academic groups.
  • Offers an ample, flexible and easily adpatable curriculum that meets the emerging needs of educators.

Scientifc Area: Education Science

Intended Program Attendees: School principals, departmental coordinators, intermediary leaders of schools, training center directors, educators, professors and technicians in education (psychologists, social workers, etc.).
