It is expected that students:
- Understand the fundamentals of individual behaviors in organizations, in the pursuit of a more effective and responsible people management;
- Understand the collective phenomena emerging from the interactions between individuals within teams and organizations, in order to manage people more effectively in team contexts;
- Understand the power and political processes unfolding in organizations, as well as their implications for people management;
- Develop relational and emotional competencies that make them more able to motivate individuals and teams, through developing and enabling individual and collective strengths, in the pursuit of developing human capital and social capital;
- Develop competencies related to leadership processes that involve the interaction between leaders, followers and the situation;
- Are more prepared to manage people in ethical and sustainable ways.
