Research Methods in PHRD

5 ECTS / Semestral
  • Recognize particular features of qualitative and quantitative paradigms to research in Psychology and Human Resources Development (PHRD).
  • Design strategies of planning, data collection and data analysis in PHRD both from the perspectives of hypothetical-deductive and inductive/semi-inductive research design approaches.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative research to describe and understand experiences, perceptions, atitudes or meanings in PHRD.
  • Achieve general contact with data treatment and analysis support software such as IBM SPSS and Nvivo11.
