He holds a PhD in Business Organization and Management with a focus on the Organization and Development of Resources.

Arménio Rêgo is a visiting professor in Católica's Business School, where he directs the LEAD lab. He has collaborated with other institutions of higher education in Portugal and abroad. He is the author and co-author of about 50 books focusing on leadership and management, areas in which he has extensive experience in training, coaching and consulting. He has written publications in journals such as Human Relations, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Management, Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, The Leadership Quarterly and Organization Studies. He has received many awards for research projects both nationally and internationally. He is motivated by his desire to contribute to the improve of organizations from an economic, human and social standpoint.
