Bio
Joana Fernandes received her PhD in Psychology (specializing in the Psychology of Labor) from the University of Porto's Department of Psychology and Education Science. She has been a collaborator with Católica's Department of Education and Psychology and now works as an assistant professor, namely for the Master's program in the Psychology of Human Resources Development. She works as a human resources advisor, working in sectors such as: culture, employee value proposition, engagement, HR transformation, assessment and development.
