This Community of Learning and Practice (CoLP) focuses on inclusive education in higher education. It builds on the work initiated in the "Collaborative Pathways to Inclusive Education" microcredential and brings together university educators from the Transform4Europe alliance in a collaborative, international setting.
Three CoLPs will run in parallel, each led by one of the partner institutions: Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Vytautas Magnus University, and the University of Alicante.
Over eight months, participants will share experiences, define and implement a teaching challenge, and access practical resources.
Participation is open to both microcredential alumni and new participants.
Main output
Participants will design, implement, and reflect on an inclusive teaching intervention within their own context, supported by peer feedback and shared practices, resulting in improved inclusive pedagogical approaches.
Aims of the CoLP
To foster incremental yet meaningful transformation of teaching practices through collaboration, peer learning, and the application of the CLIL+U model, promoting more inclusive higher education environments.
Timings
8 online synchronous sessions (1 hour per month), running from September 2026 to April 2027.
CoLP funded by Transform4Europe Seed Funding Programme for Teaching and Learning Collaboration.
