Ana Camões is a lecturer at IESF, where she currently coordinates the degree in Social Education. She is a professor in the Master's in Educational Sciences - Social Pedagogy (FEP-UCP); she holds a PhD in Educational Sciences - Social Pedagogy from the Portuguese Catholic University and a Master's in Social Pedagogy from the same university. Post-graduate in the Law of Children and Young People in Danger and in Training Organisation and Management. Mediator of Adult Education and Training Courses (EFA) and trainer accredited by the Scientific-Pedagogic Council for the Continuous Training of Teachers (CCFCP). She is also a researcher member of the Research Centre for Human Development (CEDH/FCT). Main teaching, research and publication areas: Social Education and initial/continuous training; Hospitality and Socio-educational Knowledge; Human Rights and Social Vulnerability.
