Bio
He received his PhD in Management (Univ. Lisboa), a MSc in Psychology (Coventry University), and a PGCert in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education (University of Hertfordshire). A Chartered Psychologist (British Psychological Society), a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, he has been a Visiting Professor in the Human Resources domain for more than 25 years. His research has spanned diverse aspects in the intersection of organisational, social and educational psychology, including adolescent bullying, aggression, disruptive workplace behaviours, and organisational culture. Concurrently, he has been working as a People Director for FTSE100 and Fortune 500 companies, with more than 20 years of international exposure at management level.
