The general objective of the Curricular Internship (with supervision) in PHRD is to provide students contact with professional practice, under the guidance of supervisor (Psychologist) in the host organization and the supervision of a professor. Specific learning objectives are:
- Integration and application of acquired theoretical and practical knowledge, namely in the 1st year of the master’s degree, mobilizing in-depth skills of evaluation, intervention and management in work context;
- Consolidation and application of transversal competences acquired throughout the course;
- Skills application in multidisciplinary teams and autonomous work;
- Development of oral and written communication skills;
- The construction of a professional identity, based on the experience developed in a real work context, as well as on the collective sharing of practices and the capacity for critical reflection of students, imbued with ethical and deontological principles.
