Training and Development

5 ECTS / Semestral
  1. To understand training as a tool to achieve a lifelong learning perspective in adulthood;
  2. To understand the role of training in today’s educational and professional reality;
  3. To understand the different domains, intervention fields and methodological practices of training;
  4. To know the main training structures;
  5. To understand and improve the coordination between training, education and work, that allows the continuous promotion of socio-cognitive and educational skills in adulthood (e.g., learning, motivation, self-regulation, decision making);
  6. To understand the notion of training need, identify and select the analysis methodologies which better suit a given context;
  7. To elaborate, accordingly, training and sessions plans;
  8. To understand the notion of training evaluation, identify and select the assessment methodologies according to the objectives established;
  9. To know the principles and characteristics of distance learning methodologies (e/b-learning);
  10. To develop the capacity to reflect and think critically about the training conceptions and practices.
