The aim of the presentation is to share experiences regarding the of reflection and reflective inquiry in teacher education and professional development. The focus will be on how reflective practices contribute to the professional growth and effectiveness of future educators as well as on the challenges and opportunities related to integration of reflective inquiry into teacher education programmes at higher education institutions. Best practices that promote reflective culture and continuous professional development will be shared. The transformative power of reflection in shaping teachers' professional identity and lifelong learning will be emphasized while also identifying potential areas for collaboration between higher education institutions in the future.
