Social Pedagogy is a central field of Education dedicated to inclusion, participation and community development. This specialisation of the Master’s in Science of Education at FEP‑UCP, in Porto, prepares professionals to work across diverse social and educational settings - including schools, social institutions, local authorities, IPSS, training centres and community projects.
With a strong tradition since 2004, FEP‑UCP offers a programme that integrates applied research, network collaboration and socio‑educational practice in real contexts. Students develop the ability to design, implement and evaluate intervention projects, work with vulnerable groups, and foster processes of lifelong learning, intercultural mediation and community engagement.
