This curricular unit aims to develop the necessary competences to conduct activities of conception, implementation and assessment of training and development interventions, in order to enable to:
- Support the execution of the training programs in the needs and the constraints emerging from the productive systems;
- Design programs adjusted to the workers’ features and to the organizational contexts: the field conditions where the work activities are performed;
- Value and monitor perspectives and dynamics towards the learning process through the diversification, deepening and reconfiguration of the experiences and competences;
- Design and implement assessment interventions which, respecting the ethical principles in use, promote the training programs' quality and increase their impact, combining the interests of all field interveners;
- Encourage the innovation and critical thinking about the conceptions and practices regarding the process of training and development.
