Catarina Morais is a researcher at the Research Centre for Human Development (CEDH) of the Faculty of Education and Psychology of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa (FEP-UCP).
She has a PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Kent (UK) and her work has focused on the impact of unethical leadership on group dynamics in an organisational context.
Currently, her research interests and consultancy activity focus on individual (e.g., adaptation to stress), group (e.g., leadership), and organizational (e.g., work conditions, organizational behaviour) factors that affect performance in different settings (e.g., companies e sport clubs).
Based on the evidence produced by this research, her focus is on developing interventions that promote psychological skills to enhance performance and wellbeing.
