Diana Mesquita holds a PhD in Education Sciences from the University of Minho in 2015, specialising in Curriculum Development. She is Invited Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Education and Psychology and researcher at the Research Centre for Human Development of the Portuguese Catholic University.

She participates in several national and international research projects, as well as having a vast experience in the dynamisation of training activities and professional development of teachers at all educational levels. She is author and co-author of several publications of articles in conferences, book chapters and international journals.
