The Master's in Psychology ( Clincial Psychology and Health) degree has the following main objectives:
- Apply scientific knowledge to integrate biological, emotional, cognitive, social and behavioral components in understanding health and illness
- Develop skills in clinical assessments and diagnostics in the fieilds of psychopathology and neuropsychology
- Develop skills in planning and psychological intervention throughout the life cycle, both individually and in groups, to promote and maintain psychological well-being and good mental health
- Develop planning and psychological intervention skills, at the secondary and tertiary level, highlighting a bio-psycho-social approach to clinical and health studies
- Deepen skills for socio-emotional development and for working in a group in a variety of disciplines
- Promote an ethical, critical, reflective attitude, in view of the reality of research and intervention in clinical and health psychology
- Acquire research skills in clincial and health-based contexts
