Catarina Morais is a researcher at the Research Centre for Human Development of the same institution. She has a PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Kent (UK) and her work has focused on the impact of unethical leadership on group dynamics in an organisational context. Currently, her research interests and consultancy activity focus on leadership in sport and the development of psychological skills for the promotion of sports performance.
